The University of Sheffield space weather aims to provide a forecast of the electron flux and Dst index.

Models

All the models were derived using the NARMAX OLS-ERR algorithm.

The real time ACE data and GOES 13 data are both provided by the Space Weather Prediction Center and the Dst index data is from the World Data Center for Geomagnetism, Kyoto. New data is downloaded every hour and in doing so, the next hourly forcast is calculated.
