  SIMULATION OF CORONAL BRIGHT POINT OSCCILATIONS USING NANOFLARE HEATED LOOP MODEL

Intensity Oscillations of Coronal Bright (CB) points are well observed. It is not yet well understood the reason behind such oscillations. Using a multithreaded nanoflare heated loop model we study the behaviour of such BPs. We produce intensity-like observables through forward modeling and analyze the intensity time series using wavelet analysis, as was done by previous observers. From our analysis, we infer that such oscillations are due to shock wave propagation along individual strand.
